When it came time to sell our property, I was doubtful on how effective the renovations could be. In addition to difficult previous tenants and our long deliberations it could have been a nightmare to manage. CPP have been an absolute godsend in dealing with a restricted and shortened timeframe, extra issues left by the departing tenants, and providing clear and consistent communication and insight into what works would improve market appeal. I could not fault Tara or Sally on their professionalism and commitment to providing a desirable outcome. Do not want to sell our house in the next 10-20 years, but would easily engage their services if I was selling.
